Brit is a certified athletic trainer and licensed healthcare professional in the state of Washington with over a decade of experience. She has worked with a variety of athletes at different levels. This includes but not limited to Division I and Division III college athletes in a variety of sports. The WNBA at the professional level, semiprofessional soccer athletes with the Spokane Sounders and individual Ironman athletes. She is an advocate of health and wellness with a desire and passion to educate and help you get back to doing what you love. Brit provides a welcoming and calm space for all individuals to come seek care. She will listen with a caring heart and integrate a plan of care with a holistic, full body, team approach. Her unique skill set is in understanding the human body, how it connects and moves, and utilizing manual therapy techniques to improve that movement and decrease pain.
Also as a fitness instructor, Brit emphasizes breathe, full body awareness, and fun when she teaches yoga, spin and barre.
