This is a small local business that does not take insurance. The benefit to that is we do not have to wait for insurance authorizations, risk of denial of treatment, nor have unexpected charges or bills. The price includes all treatments, there will be no surprise bills.

The first appointment is an injury evaluation. This can be a chronic or acute injury, or even just an ache or pain that you have. We will start by discussing what’s going on, and then some goals. Then we will do an injury evaluation to be able to diagnos and create a treatment plan. We will then finish with a treatment helps decrease any pain and get you on the right path.

We ask that you wear loose clothing, or clothing that allows us to treat the main area or injury of concern. For example, a knee injury we ask you wear shorts.

Each person is different. But typically an acute injury will be ideal to be seen 2-3 times the first week, then decrease the session per week after that.

Each person is different. But with chronic injuries, most can start with 1-2 times the first 2 weeks. Then with diligent rehab you can significantly decrease appointments to be once a week or every other week to check in and change the program to continue progress.

A variety of therapies will be available during your appointment. Some options would be MFD (aka cupping), IASTM, percussion therapy, massage and more.
